Jitesh's career is marked by his innovative approach and strategic thinking, which have consistently driven growth and success in the companies he has been part of. His tenure at Allen Solly, Shoppers Stop, and BIBA provided him with deep insights into retail dynamics and consumer behavior, enabling him to develop effective marketing strategies and business plans. He is an experienced Marketing Director with a demonstrated history of working in the chlorinated alkanes or chlorinated paraffin business for the past 15 years. A proud alumnus of the 2009 batch from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), where he specialized in Fashion Marketing, Jitesh possesses a comprehensive skill set that includes expertise in export, marketing management, business planning, sales, and import.
With a solid foundation in marketing and a keen eye for business opportunities, Jitesh has seamlessly transitioned into the realm of antiques and café culture. His venture, Houses of Treasures – The Antiques Gallery and Café, is a testament to his ability to blend diverse elements into a cohesive and appealing concept. By combining a love for history with the modern appeal of a café, Jitesh has created a unique space where patrons can enjoy exceptional coffee while discovering timeless antiques.Additionally, his extensive experience in the chlorinated paraffin wax (CPW) business, where Swastik Plasticizers is a pioneer, has been instrumental in establishing robust supply chains and expanding business reach. His company has been globally recognized for CPW sales, earning the status of a government-certified star export house.

Neha brings a wealth of diverse professional experience spanning over a decade, blending expertise in education, corporate leadership, and entrepreneurial ventures into her role as the founder of Houses of Treasures. She holds a Master's degree in Economics from DU, Retail marketing from Pearl Fashion Academy and is an alumini of IIT Delhi's esteemed project management program. Neha's career journey began in education, where she dedicated eight years to collaborating with universities to foster an enriching academic environment, driven by her passion for guiding students toward career success through goal-oriented strategies.
In 2021, Neha pivoted strategically to the corporate sector, joining a tech startup specializing in customer experience management. As the CEO Office Lead, she played a pivotal role in structuring internal verticals and overseeing diverse operational aspects, leveraging her deep understanding of CX dynamics.
Rooted in a family with strong ties to the chemical (CPW) industry, Neha has cultivated a lifelong familiarity with business operations, supporting her father and brother in their family business pursuits. This upbringing instilled in her a robust entrepreneurial spirit and a profound appreciation for business intricacies.
Her tenure as CEO Office Lead at the tech startup further refined Neha's leadership acumen, equipping her with invaluable experience in managing multifaceted operations from inception to execution.
